THERMAX insulation jackets are used for, making heat loss minimum on the hotlines, preventing condensing on the cold lines by; non-burnable glass fibres fabric or between ceramic fibre fabric and rockwool and ceramic fibre fabric or rubber foam are used as insulating material.

THE ASSEMBLY OF THERMAX INSULATION JACKETS

The appropriate jacket will be special made for the insulating.

Insulating jacket will be placed wrapped around on where needed.

The insulating jacket must be wrapped carefully around the equipment

Supposed to be tight up by the help of the belts.

NOTICEABLE POINTS WHILE USING THERMAX INSULATION JACKETS

Appropriate fabrics, insulation material and insulation thickness for work condition.

Every application must be measured one by one for a special production.

Sewing thread must be enduring to high temperatures.

On valve & armatures applications flange must be insulated completely.

Insulating jackets must be 50 mm longer beyond the flange.

There shouldnt be left any space around the valves.
